Directing a scene

Thalian Blackfriars, the student theater group at UGA, is producing An Adult Evening of Shel Silverstein and I am directing the scene “Bus Stop”. The will be two showings, one on March 20, and the last on March 21. I don’t know the details of admittance at this point, but it should not be too expensive, if not free.

This is my first time directing a stage production, so I am a bit nervous. The scene is relatively short and simple, with two actors and two props. I am excited to be doing something other than acting for a change.
This week, University Theater’s production of The Changeling opened. I have yet to see it, but I am expecting a very polished production.
